Dr. Peter W. Vaughan, CM, CD is a Member of the Order of Canada, Board Chair, Canada Health Infoway and Treasurer, the Supply Chain Advancement Network for Health (SCAN Health).
He is former Deputy Minister of Health and Wellness, Province of Nova, CEO of South Shore District Health Authority, Board Chair, Accreditation Canada, and CEO of the Canadian Medical Association, and former member of the Government of Canada’s Innovation, Science and Economic Development Ministry’s Health/Bioscience Economic Strategy Table. He has been an emergency physician, family doctor, entrepreneur, and RCAF Flight Surgeon.
